Vanessa is a dual certified mat Pilates instructor specializing in Perinatal Pilates & Pilates training for athletes. She holds a certification in Barre training and incorporates PBT method from over 15 years as a dancer. As a Registered Nurse she brings her anatomical expertise to the mat in every session. Her method is rooted in the original work of Joseph Pilates and elevated by her deep understanding of the human body, breath, and recovery. The result is a practice that builds not just physical strength, balance, and stability, but promotes a deeper mind muscle connection.
